Tribe
The Isazai are the Yusufzai of the Black Mountain and Mahaban, descended in tradition from Isa, son of Yusuf. Their clans are the Hasanzai, Madakhel and Akazai.
The genealogy follows the Makhzan-i Afghani and the Khulasat al-Ansab, as Caroe tabulates them. It records tradition: where sources place a tribe differently, the note above says so.
