The Marwat are the tribe of Lakki Marwat in Bannu. The Makhzan-i Afghani makes Marwat a son of Lohani by his second wife, Shiri. Ibbetson gives the clans as Musa Khel, Acha Khel, Khuda Khel, Bahram and Tapi.

The Mian Khel are a Lohani tribe of Draban in Dera Ismail Khan, in two sections, Draban and Musa Khel. The Bakhtiar are affiliated to them.
